Although I’m not writing here very much, I am still here and baking! The thing with running a small business and baking bread, especially slow fermentation breads, is that it is pretty full on, and writing here sadly falls by the wayside.

So just to say that the BBP (Breadonabike Bakery Project) continues, and while I work on the next stages of the business Thursdays and Fridays are my main baking days for individual customers. Bike deliveries are on hold for the time being, but individual bread orders can be collected by arrangement from Cavendish Road (off Mill Road) CB1 from 12 midday until 7pm.
